Delivery & Shipping Policy
Scope of Service
We offer delivery service to all regions in the UAE. Shipping is done through reliable shipping companies to ensure that the order arrives as quickly and in the best condition.
Delivery & Return Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery time varies by region:
Inside the Emirate of Abu Dhabi: 1 – 2 working days.
Other areas in UAE: 3 to 5 working days.
Product is returned within 5 to 10 working days
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated as per the courier company's policy.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an SMS with the tracking number to follow up on the status of the order until receipt.
Receiving the Order
The customer must ensure the safety of the product upon receipt.
In case of any damage or error in the product, please contact the club within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Additional Notes
Delivery may be delayed on peak times or public holidays.
Al Dhafra Sports and Cultural Club is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company after the order has been delivered.
